Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where our friendly team will greet you. Transfer to your accommodation in Arusha City for an overnight stay. This evening, relax and prepare for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2: Arusha to Central Serengeti

Distance: 335km / 6 hours drive
Depart for the central Serengeti, renowned for its diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, exploring the vast plains and spotting a variety of animals including the “Big Five”. Overnight in the central Serengeti.

Day 3: Central Serengeti to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende)

Distance: 155km / 5 hours drive
Travel to the northern Serengeti, where the Mara River crossings are a highlight of the Great Migration. Witness the incredible spectacle of wildebeest and zebras navigating the treacherous river, with crocodiles and predators in pursuit. Evening game drive and overnight stay in the northern Serengeti.

Day 4 - 5: Full Day in Northern Serengeti

KOGATENDE GREEN

Spend a full day in the northern Serengeti with extensive morning and afternoon game drives. Focus on the Mara River region to fully experience the dramatic river crossings and the dynamics of the Great Migration. Observe the relentless journey of wildebeest and zebras as they face the challenges of crossing the river, and capture stunning photographs of the migration and its dramatic moments. Then continue exploring the northern Serengeti with a final game drive in the Mara River area.
